Please fill out the RMA request form below, and we will then contact you and, if required, ship you the approved replacement part. The replacement part will include a return label to return the bad part. Unless otherwise agreed upon, you will have 30 days to return the defective part, or at which point your account will be charged for the replacement part we shipped out.
